Since its inception, RCH NetWorks has acquired many contracted projects with school districts. We have had the pleasure of working with Batesville Community School Corporation, Edgewood City Schools, Hamilton City Schools, Hilliard City Schools, Middletown City Schools, Monroe Local Schools and West Carrollton City Schools. Along with the above mentioned school districts, we have also built custom applications and websites for SWOSERRC and NetLabs Online.
RCH NetWorks offers design, development and hosting solutions. We understand that school districts are held accountable for school community relations. In conjunction with our e-mail administration services, we offer spam filtering, black hole lists, archiving (required by law for school districts) and e-mail related web applications. Our Help Desk system is currently in action at both Middletown City Schools and Hamilton City Schools. Each school district is using the Help Desk system in a different capacity. One district chose to run their Help Desk with their own personnel while using the RCH hosted application. The other district chose to use our toll free number to report issues directly to an RCH employee. The employee answers the phone calls and then logs tickets for the district's on-site technicians. Our latest networking project involved connecting 3 of Hamilton City Schools' 19 school buildings to a single network via Microsoft Active Directory. The final phase of the project will result in all 19 buildings connecting to this single network. The importance of which will be evident in the students' and staff's ability to log on to any computer in the district and maintain a roaming profile.
