Our ActiveAgenda solution provides an online depository for meeting documents.
Here's how it works:
The meeting organizer simply logs into ActiveAgenda and is guided through a user-friendly interface to create the agenda and upload additional meeting documents. The meeting organizer then invites the participants to log in and view the details for the meeting. Meeting invitees can log into ActiveAgenda and not only download the meeting agenda, but also any handouts, announcements and minutes that are available.
What if a participant is unable to attend?
The documents for each meeting are stored in a database and are available before, during and after an event. If an invitee is out of the office or unable to attend, he/she will be able to stay in the loop via the archived agendas section.
What if, as a meeting organizer, I would like to survey the attendees of my meeting?
