Simply Surveys is a robust on-line survey application.
Here's how it works:
The administrative user logs into Simply Surveys and is guided through a user-friendly interface to create the initial survey options (i.e. title, date range, groups to be polled). Once the initial options are selected, the user chooses to add a question to the survey. He/she can pick from the following question types: open-ended, Likert scale, multiple choice, forced ranking and numeric. The user continues adding each of the questions desired. The user can then edit the sequence of the questions. After the survey has been organized and is ready for viewing, the user selects to save and post the survey online. During and after a survey has been posted, Simply Surveys calculates the responses into percentages and allows administrators to view results as both numerical and graphical data.
As a survey taker, the user simply logs in and will be directed to a screen displaying surveys yet to be taken, surveys in progress and past surveys taken. To continue a survey or to begin a survey, the user only has to click on the survey title.
